“ My rating is based on the siphon coffee, which was weak, I had but I'm sure the other coffees would have been better. Parking is free in the ever busy Union Square shopping center parking lot. Service is very good and the staff are pretty friendly. The dining room was pretty comfortable and I would definitely visit again. ”

“ Food: Fantastic food! We got a lemon lavender mousse cake- perfect sweetness, delicious, and so light! My matcha latte was strong and perfect! they sell their own coffee beans and you can even see how they are roasted through the window! Service: Excellent service! One of the ladies helped my friend pick the coffee beans she wanted. Atmosphere: My friends and i LOVED it here!!! Sat here for at least an hour to avoid the rain. They have a single clean and accessible washroom, but you have to ask for the key. ”

“ I found this place on a coffee shop search in Google, and can say I'm not disappointed at all. The staff were very kind and communicative. They serve their specialty tea with a tasty non-very sweet cake for 15 bucks. The tea pot literally can be seved for 4 people, and the tea we went with was a creamy strawberry. If I'm around Richmond, I would come back again. ”

“ My wife bring me to this coffee shop. She likes tea and the decorations there. The cake, sandwiches, tea and coffee are all good. She took some pictures of this shop. The staff there are nice and helpful. They pay good attention to the customers. The place is tidy and clean. My wife told me that she wishes some more fancy chocolate decorations around the cake next time. ”

“ What everyone has been saying. It’s a wonderfully cute coffee/tea/cake shop. Had some rose tea and some earl grey. Both yum. The tiramisu a delight. All the cakes looked wonderful. The staff were courteous and generally great at their jobs. Can’t wait to come back. (Came back again and had a tasty sandwich and a slice of heaven, I mean earl grey strawberry cake. Still very impressed by the staff here) ”

“ Pomona is a classy little cafe, hidden gem in Ricmond. They offer wide varieties fruit tea, rooibos and self brewed coffee. My flat white was smooth and aromatic. They has light snacks sandwich and toast. I've tried their thick toast before it's light n soft. This time we tried shredded pork sandwich, nice presentation in reasonable portion and price. Staff are young people giving attentive service, they would ask if we want hot water refill of my friend's fruit tea. This place would be one of my favourite list to catch up friends in Richmond. ”

“ The coffee bean menu is very rich, but most of it is just for siphon, a brewing method that I don't find very delicious. Latte is very ordinary, not as good as I expected. Fruit Garden tea is very delicious, fragrant and tastes sweet like candy. Cheesecake is quite delicious but Mango Cheesecake tastes more like Mousse than Cheesecake ”
